What counts as "1 video"?
One fully rendered, Meta-ready MP4 — including script, image generation, motion, voice, and lipsync. Regenerating a variant of the same brief also counts as one video, so you can A/B test different hook frameworks within your monthly allowance.
Do unused videos roll over?
Videos reset monthly and don't roll over. Most users consume their allowance well before month-end by running 3-5 variants per campaign, but if you need more volume, upgrade anytime and we pro-rate the difference.
Can I use my own spokesperson or voice?
On the Enterprise plan, yes — we clone a voice from a 30-second sample and add it to your library. On Starter/Growth/Scale, you use the 16+ Australian voices in our curated library (and the list grows weekly).
How long does each video take to render?
End-to-end around 4-6 minutes depending on the motion engine you choose (Kling 2.1 Standard is fastest at ~3 min, Kling Master is best-quality at ~6 min). Everything runs in the background — queue as many as you like and we toast you when each completes.
Is this built for Australian businesses only?
The voices are Australian-only by default, but you're welcome to use Solli Studio for any market. The Solli Model 3 training bias is toward Australian consumer/SMB Meta ads, so that's where it performs best.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes, no contracts. Cancel from your billing settings and you'll keep access to the plan until the current month ends. Monthly plans also come with a 7-day money-back guarantee — if Solli Studio isn't right for your business, we'll refund you in full.
Do you offer agency / white-label?
Yes — Enterprise plans include white-label branding, multi-client workspaces, and the ability to resell Solli Studio under your agency name. Contact sales to scope it.
