By accessing or using Solli ("the Platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the Platform.

2. Description of Service

Solli provides AI-powered lead generation intelligence tools for Australian businesses, including:

• AI content grading and analysis for marketing materials.
• Meta (Facebook/Instagram) ad account integration and performance review.
• Lead tracking and management from connected ad accounts.
• Business growth calculators and planning tools.

3. Account Registration

To use certain features, you must create an account by providing accurate and complete information. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and for all activities that occur under your account.

4. Meta Account Integration

By connecting your Meta ad account to Solli, you:

• Authorise us to access your ad account data, campaigns, creatives, and lead forms.
• Acknowledge that we will store and process this data to provide our services.
• Can disconnect your Meta account at any time, which will remove all synced data.
• Remain responsible for compliance with Meta's advertising policies.

5. AI-Generated Content

Our platform uses artificial intelligence (powered by Anthropic's Claude) to analyse and grade content. AI-generated recommendations are provided for informational purposes only and should not be considered as professional marketing advice. Results may vary and we do not guarantee specific outcomes.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the Platform for any unlawful purpose.
• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to our systems.
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any part of the Platform.
• Use the Platform to send spam or unsolicited communications.
• Share your account credentials with third parties.

7. Intellectual Property

The Platform, including its design, features, and content, is owned by Solli. You retain ownership of your data and content submitted through the Platform.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by Australian law, Solli shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Platform. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you have paid us in the twelve months preceding the claim.

9. Data and Privacy

Your use of the Platform is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which describes how we collect, use, and protect your information.

10. Service Availability

We strive to maintain Platform availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue features at any time with reasonable notice.

11. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account at our discretion if you violate these terms. You may terminate your account at any time by contacting us.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Australia. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of New South Wales, Australia.

13. Changes to Terms
